Care Concern Group, via Osprey Court Care Home, is seeking a Maintenance Manager (Contract) to take responsibility for upkeep, safety and presentation of the home. Based in Pitcrocknie Village near Alyth, you will lead planned maintenance, manage contractors and ensure compliance, delivering a high-quality environment for residents and staff.
You will coordinate with the Home Manager to prioritise tasks, maintain safe facilities, and drive continuous improvements in building operations.
