Located in Croydon, London, our care home has been purposely built to support older people in making the most of every day. We provide Nursing, Residential, Dementia, Respite & Palliative Care for 62 residents.
As Activities Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing daily life by delivering engaging, meaningful and person-centred activities that promote wellbeing, independence and social interaction. You will plan and deliver a varied programme of group and one-to-one activities, tailored to individual interests, abilities and care needs. Building strong relationships is essential, enabling a clear understanding of preferences and supporting inclusive participation for all individuals, including those living with dementia. Working as part of the wider team, the role contributes to a positive and stimulating environment where individuals feel valued, active and connected.
Qualifications:
- A creative, organised and enthusiastic approach
