The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high quality clinical care to residents living with complex nursing needs, dementia and mental health conditions. You will complete clinical assessments, develop care plans and monitor residents' health and wellbeing while ensuring safe medication administration and accurate documentation. Working alongside the wider clinical and care team, you will respond to changes in residents' health, support care staff and maintain high standards of clinical practice. Your role will help ensure residents receive safe, compassionate and person‐centred care within a structured and therapeutic environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC PIN
- Experience supporting adults with complex health needs is desirable
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- A compassionate and patient‐centred approach
