Position Overview

Regional Support Manager – Care Concern Group, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize resources at the home level to deliver outstanding results.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgets, payroll, and revenue growth to achieve business targets.
  • Champion person-centred planning and ensure personalised support in every home.
  • Support underperforming homes by creating and implementing effective action plans.
  • Attract, retain, and develop high-quality staff across all care homes.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and key stakeholders.

Success Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a successful Registered Home Manager.
  • Nursing qualification (RGN/RMN) is preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality care, as recognised by the Care Inspectorate.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of care home regulation and legislation.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving financial targets and driving operational improvements.
