- Lead the Kitchen Team: Supervise and guide staff to maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and organisation.
- Train & Develop: Deliver Basic Food Hygiene training and keep your own knowledge up to date.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate stock, temperature, and safety records and uphold high standards in kitchen cleanliness.
- Stock & Ordering: Oversee stock rotation, ordering, deliveries, and stock valuations.
- Roster Planning: Prepare kitchen rotas for smooth daily operations.
- Recruitment: Support interviews for new kitchen team members.

Contract details:
- £35,000 per annum
- Daytime hours only, no evenings or late-night finishes (7:30am to 3pm early shift and 9:30am to 5:30pm late shifts on a rota basis)
