Mossview Care Home is entering an exciting new chapter. This 42 bed nursing, residential and dementia service in Lochgelly, Fife is ready for a visible leader to build on recent progress and lead the next phase of development.
We're looking for a Home Manager who thrives on driving quality, supporting people and shaping a positive culture, someone who can bring stability and momentum as the home moves forward.
The home has strong foundations:
- Care Inspectorate ratings of 4, 4, 3, 4, 4
- Occupancy at 95% and average weekly fees of £1,154

- Minimal agency usage, reflecting a stable and committed team
The home is well placed from an occupancy perspective and we are looking for a manager with a strong background in the private pay market. You will be supported by an experienced regional team with a strong track record of delivering successful improvements across the Care Concern portfolio. You will also be joining a high-performing region that works collaboratively, uses little to no temp agency and maintains strong occupancy levels.

You'll be comfortable stepping into a stable service and improving it through presence rather than pressure. You'll understand how to balance quality and compliance without losing sight of the people delivering care.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong understanding of nursing and dementia care
- Is confident managing quality audits and compliance
- Brings commercial awareness around occupancy, referrals and overall performance
- Builds trust quickly with teams, families and professionals
This is about perfecting standards and leading a home that already has strong foundations.
What you'll bring:
- At least 3 years experience as a Home Manager
- NMC registration (RGN or RMN) desirable, but not essential for candidates with strong leadership experience
- A passion for high-quality care and the ability to lead from the front
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and care governance
- A calm, collaborative approach and excellent people skills
