With a strong team culture and focus on high standards, the home offers a supportive environment where staff can develop their skills and make a meaningful difference every day.
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will support the kitchen team in preparing and delivering high quality meals while maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment. Your role is essential in ensuring meals are prepared efficiently and to a high standard, contributing to residents’ wellbeing and daily experience. You will assist with food preparation, receive and store deliveries, maintain cleanliness across all kitchen areas and ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times. You will support the smooth running of the kitchen and work closely with colleagues to maintain a safe and positive working environment.
