Earlsferry House Care Home is a charming, converted period home set beside the beach in the coastal town of Elie, Fife, with stunning views across Elie Bay. The home provides Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 26 residents in a warm and welcoming environment, where its smaller, close knit setting allows you to build meaningful relationships and make a real difference every day as part of a supportive team.

As Activities Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing daily life by delivering engaging, meaningful and person centred activities that promote wellbeing, independence and social interaction. You will plan and deliver a varied programme of group and one to one activities, tailored to individual interests, abilities and care needs. Building strong relationships is essential, enabling a clear understanding of preferences and supporting inclusive participation.
