Care Concern Group’s White House Care Home is seeking an Activities Lead to develop and deliver a high-quality, person-centred activities programme for residents, including those living with dementia. You will plan group and 1:1 activities tailored to interests and care needs, working with the Home Manager to align with care plans and maintain records.
The ideal candidate has previous experience as an Activities Coordinator or similar, with strong organisation, creativity and excellent communication skills.
