Alderbrook Care Home specialise in the care of 40 residents with complex physical and mental health needs. We are creating a supportive, specialist environment where residents feel valued, respected and truly at home. We are now looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. Your Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high quality clinical care, ensuring residents receive safe and person centred support at all times. You will create individualised care plans, complete accurate documentation, carry out routine observations and respond promptly to any changes in health. You will lead the care team during your shift, support with medication management, promote dignity, independence and wellbeing, and build strong relationships with residents and their families. Every shift is an opportunity to enhance the lives of those in your care.
What We Are Looking For
- Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC PIN
- Strong clinical knowledge with a compassionate and professional approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lead, guide and support colleagues
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to older adults
