Nestled in the quiet village of Ashgill, Ashlea Court is a beautifully designed care home offering Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 86 residents. With bright, modern interiors and a strong sense of community, our home provides a truly supportive setting where both residents and staff can thrive. We are currently looking for a kind, reliable, and enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our day shift team and make a meaningful difference every single day.
What We Offer
- £12.70 per hour
- 35 hours per week (3 shifts one week, 4 the next)
- Paid PVG, pension scheme, free uniform, and onsite parking

Your Role
As a Day Care Assistant at Ashlea Court, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with daily routines, personal care, meals, and activities. You will build positive relationships and help create a warm, relaxed, and safe environment where every resident feels valued and respected. Whether you are new to care or bring previous experience, you will be supported from day one with a full induction, shadowing, and development tailored to your goals.
