Day Team Lead at Floryn House Care Home – Yarnton, Oxfordshire
Contract: Full Time (24 – 48 hours per week)

Our brand new, purpose‑built facility situated in the beautiful village of Yarnton, Oxfordshire, provides exemplary Residential, Dementia, Nursing & Respite care for 73 residents.
Responsibilities
- As a Day Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day running of our care home.
- You’ll lead by example on the floor, guiding and supporting our care team to deliver the highest standards of person‑centred care.
- Working closely with the management team, you’ll help plan and allocate workloads, oversee care delivery, and ensure residents receive safe, dignified, and individualised support at all times.

- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care preferred or working towards with proven Medication Management experience.
- Compassionate, organised, and committed to excellence in everything you do.
