Our 68-bed luxury service provides exceptional levels of Residential Care, Nursing Care, Dementia Care, and Respite Care /p p b Registered Nurse RGN or RMN Contract /b /p ul li 22.88 per hour + Paid breaks /li li Contracted to 24 hours per week /li li Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided /li li 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) /li /ul p Ongoing training, clinical updates and funded development, with clear and supported progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles, within a well led, professional environment where your skills are recognised and developed. /p p b Role Overview /b br As Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically led care while taking responsibility for maintaining safe, effective and person centred practice across your shift. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, ensuring standards are upheld and care is delivered consistently in line with best practice. br You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health.
