This is a hands-on Clinical Lead role with a clear purpose. Following a recent service review, Mayflower Care Home is strengthening its clinical leadership on site. There are ongoing clinical challenges including investigations and the priority now is to bring stability, visibility and strong clinical direction into this home.
You’ll be a consistent presence on the floor supporting nurses, guiding decision making, and ensuring safe, high-quality care is delivered every day.
- Clinically strong, with a solid grounding in core nursing practices (wound care, dressings, and fundamentals of care)
- A confident and visible leader, able to support and guide the nursing team
- Proactive in identifying and addressing risks and areas for improvement
- A Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
- Experience in a senior nursing or clinical leadership role within a care home setting
