HR – South West England Contract: Fixed Term Contract Salary: £55,000 Per Annum Shift type: Days Contracted hours: 40 HR Business Partner | South West working towards Level 7 is a bonus. Proven HRBP experience in a UK organisation. Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and best practice. Ability to influence, coach and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience in managing change, restructures, and OD initiatives. Excellent problem-solving, commercial acumen, and communication skills. Desirable Qualifications Experience in a unionised environment. Background in healthcare, social care, or professional services. Practical experience with TUPE, redundancy, and complex ER cases.
