As Home Manager, you will have full operational and commercial responsibility for Cherrybrook Care Home. This is a service with incredible potential, and we’re looking for someone who can drive it forward – growing occupancy, maintaining exceptional staffing levels, and building trusted relationships with local commissioners.
Our current CQC rating is Requires Improvement (inherited at acquisition), but we are confident that with your leadership, we will achieve a ‘Good’ – if not ‘Outstanding’ – rating at the next inspection.
