As Home Manager, you’ll guide an experienced, capable team through the next chapter of Mayflower’s journey. You’re an experienced Home Manager who takes pride in leading from the front calm, consistent, and deeply committed to delivering exceptional dementia care. You understand the dynamics of a large, busy home and know how to balance quality, compliance, and compassion with commercial focus. Your leadership style is open and inclusive; you bring people with you, earning trust through clear communication and genuine care.
