Yarnley House is a brand-new, luxury care home in the village of Crow, near Ringwood. We provide high-quality Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care for up to 72 residents in a warm, supportive environment where both residents and staff can thrive. Due to the continued success of Yarnley House, we are now expanding our team and looking for caring Senior Care Assistants to be part of something special. Whether you are already an experienced Senior Carer or an experienced Care Assistant ready to step up, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead by example and make a genuine difference.

Contract Details

  • £14.99 per hour (plus paid breaks & paid handover time)
  • Full & Part time hours available
  • Paid DBS and uniform

Your Role

You will take charge of the shift, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care and that every shift runs smoothly. You will delegate tasks, provide guidance to your team, and act as a calm and confident presence throughout. Your responsibilities will include delivering hands-on care, administering and recording medications safely, maintaining accurate care plans, and ensuring a safe, dignified environment for every resident.

We Are Looking For

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (minimum), with Level 3 desirable or willingness to work towards
  • Medication administration training with competency is essential
  • Experience supporting or leading a care team is beneficial
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • A caring, compassionate and professional approach
