PJ Care is seeking an experienced Quality Improvement Lead to join our expanding Quality & Nursing team, supporting multiple specialist neurological and complex care services across the South and Southwest.

Reporting to the Director of Quality & Nursing, you will strengthen governance, drive continuous quality improvement, provide expert guidance, and ensure learning from incidents and audits is embedded into everyday practice, delivering person-centred care.
