Yarnley House is a brand-new, luxury care home set in the charming village of Crow, just outside Ringwood. We provide high-quality Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care for up to 72 residents in a warm, supportive environment where residents feel valued and staff are appreciated.
We are now looking for compassionate, dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team. Whether you are new to care and looking to start a meaningful career, or you are experienced and ready to build on your skills, this is your opportunity to make a real difference every day.

What You Will Do
As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and companionship. You’ll support residents with daily routines including personal care, mobility, meals, and activities, always promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. You will work closely with the nursing team and families, following personalised care plans and helping to create a safe, welcoming environment where every resident can thrive.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome both experienced carers and those new to the care sector. An NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards one) is preferred, but not essential. Most importantly, we are looking for people who are kind, reliable, and passionate about supporting older people. If you bring warmth, respect, and a team-focused attitude, we will provide all the training you need.
