Harrier Grange Care Home, located in the heart of Hampshire, provides high-quality Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care for up to 66 residents. Our aim is to create a warm, supportive, and welcoming environment where residents feel truly at home.
Responsibilities
We are now looking for a dedicated Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort are maintained throughout the home. In this vital role, you will combine excellent organisational skills with strong leadership, helping to create a safe, well-maintained, and inviting space for our residents.
- Oversee all housekeeping operations within the home.
- Supervise, train, and support the team to deliver excellent standards of cleanliness.
- Manage daily schedules, delegate tasks, and carry out quality checks to ensure high standards are consistently achieved.
- Maintain stock levels, order supplies, and manage budgets efficiently.
- Act as the key link between the housekeeping department and other teams, ensuring smooth communication and effective collaboration.
- Address issues quickly and professionally while prioritising the wellbeing and comfort of residents.
