Greenways Care Home is a brand‑new, purpose‑built luxury residence located near the River Clyde, offering residential, nursing, dementia and respite care for up to 58 residents.

What You’ll Do
As Maintenance Manager, you’ll keep the home running smoothly, safely and looking its best. Your responsibilities include:
- Fixing leaky taps, maintaining plumbing, and keeping facilities functional.
- Mantaining fire systems, lighting, and other safety equipment.
- Overseeing safety checks, monitoring maintenance supplies, and keeping accurate records.
- Supporting the presentation of the home – caring for the grounds, gardens and communal areas.
- Collaborating with the Home Manager and Estate Manager on improvement projects and installations.
About You
- Proven experience in general maintenance or a similar practical role.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
- Sound understanding of health, safety and compliance standards.
- Organised, reliable and able to manage your own workload effectively.
- Professional and friendly when supporting residents, visitors and colleagues.
- Experience in care, hospitality or housing maintenance is desirable but not essential.
