Greenways Care Home is a brand‑new, luxury residence offering exceptional residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care in a warm and welcoming environment. Purpose‑built to the highest standards, Greenways will accommodate 58 residents in surroundings designed for comfort, dignity, and elegant living.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and take pride in creating a home that always looks, feels, and smells beautifully cared for. Your leadership will help ensure every resident enjoys a clean, safe, and comforting environment where they can truly feel at home.

As Head Housekeeper, you will oversee all aspects of housekeeping across the home – planning daily routines, allocating tasks, and motivating your team to deliver the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will monitor stock and equipment, maintain careful control of supplies and budgets, and ensure every bedroom and communal area reflects the warmth and quality Greenways Care Home wants to be known for. Your role will also involve developing your team – supporting training, nurturing confidence, and inspiring pride in their work. You will work closely with other departments, ensuring seamless communication and teamwork, and always responding to resident requests with professionalism and care.
