Our purpose built, luxury 67-bed care facility is located in the charming town of Newton Mearns, East Renfrewshire. We are proud to provide a range of services which includes Residential, Nursing, Dementia, Respite & Palliative Care.

Contract: 12.91 per hour

Contracted to 16.5 hours per week

Set Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10:00AM - 16:00PM

Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided

5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As Hairdresser, you will play an important role in enhancing residents' wellbeing, confidence and daily experience. This is a rewarding role where your work brings comfort, routine and a sense of normality, helping individuals look and feel their best.

You will provide a range of hairdressing services including washing, cutting and styling, tailored to individual preferences. You will ensure the salon environment is clean, safe and welcoming, maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism at all times.

Working closely with residents and the wider team, you will build positive relationships and deliver a service that supports dignity, confidence and personal wellbeing.
