Our care home is situated in the charming setting of Pinkhill, providing excellent Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 83 residents. Purpose built and thoughtfully designed, our home is a place where residents feel secure, supported and valued day and night.
What We Offer

What You Will Do
As the Night Charge Nurse, you will take clinical responsibility for the home throughout the night. You will lead and support the care team, ensuring safe and person centred care at all times. Your role will include administering medications, monitoring residents' health and responding promptly to any changes or emergencies. You will ensure accurate documentation, maintain clear communication and promote dignity, comfort and reassurance for residents during night hours. Your calm and supportive presence will contribute to a peaceful and well managed environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC PIN
- Previous experience in a care home is desirable but not essential
- A compassionate, calm and professional approach to care
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and support a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to best clinical practice
