Job Description
Trinity House Care Home is a purpose built 55 bed care home located in Edinburgh, providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care.
The home offers a high quality, boutique style environment where team members deliver person centred care in a comfortable and well supported setting.
Maintenance Officer Contract £14.06 per hour Contracted to 40 hours per week Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)Role Overview As a Maintenance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the home remains safe, well maintained and fully operational at all times.
You will carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks across the building and grounds, including repairs, inspections, installations and general upkeep.
Working closely with the Home Manager and wider team, you will support maintenance planning, compliance checks and contractor coordination where required.
You will help maintain a well organised, safe and fully functional environment, ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety standards.
