Creating a clean, safe and welcoming environment is an essential part of exceptional care, and as Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play an important leadership role in ensuring the home consistently maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort and presentation for residents, visitors and colleagues. Working closely with the wider management team, you will oversee the daily housekeeping operation, supporting and guiding the housekeeping team while ensuring all bedrooms, communal areas and shared spaces remain organised, hygienic and maintained to an exceptional standard. Alongside managing daily routines, you will help oversee stock management, infection prevention procedures and ensure housekeeping processes run smoothly throughout the home.

This role is ideal for someone with previous housekeeping experience who takes pride in high standards and is confident leading others. Your attention to detail, organisation and ability to maintain a consistently welcoming environment will have a direct impact on resident comfort, wellbeing and the overall experience throughout the home.
