Trinity House Care Home is a modern home providing the highest standards of Residential, Nursing, Respite and Dementia care for 55 residents. Decorated and facilitated to the highest standard, it offers a warm, welcoming environment where residents can thrive.

We're looking for someone who truly believes in bringing joy and sunshine into our residents' lives every day. If you are sociable, creative, fun-loving and well-organised, this could be the role for you. Working alongside our team of Activities Coordinators, you will ensure residents' days are filled with fun, stimulation, and meaningful engagement, going beyond simple pastimes to enhance wellbeing and independence. Building rapport with residents and understanding their individual preferences is key to making this role a success.

Experience of working in a care home is not essential – we are looking for someone who sparkles and enjoys making a real difference.

What You'll Do

You will plan and organise activities that keep residents engaged and active, from monthly programmes to one-to-one sessions tailored to individual interests. You will encourage social interaction, promote hobbies, and maintain accurate records of daily activities, helping to create a vibrant, inclusive environment where residents feel valued and supported.

What You'll Bring

A friendly, confident and creative personality, with a genuine passion for working with the older generation. Strong organisational and communication skills are important, as is the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in event planning or running activities is advantageous but not essential – enthusiasm, dedication, and a desire to make a difference are what matter most.
