Care Concern Group is seeking a Commissioning Home Manager to lead the opening of Colden Common Care Home, a premium 60-bed service opening in February 2027. You will drive pre-launch activity across recruitment, onboarding, mobilisation and occupancy planning, while building a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional resident experience. Reporting into senior operations, you will own the commissioning journey from day one, establish local networks and regulatory readiness.
