Based in the popular Fife coastal town of Dalgety Bay, we provide exceptional standards of Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite Care for 60 residents. Purpose-built and thoughtfully designed, our home is a place where residents feel secure, supported and valued day and night. We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team. What We Offer
- £22.50 per hour
- Contracted to 40 hours per week
- Pension, onsite parking, paid PVG, uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)
What You Will Do
As the Clinical Lead, you will work closely with the Home Manager to support the smooth running of Henderson House and provide strong leadership to the care team. You will deliver regular supervisions, training, and coaching to help staff develop their skills and perform to the highest standards. Leading by example, you will motivate and inspire the team, ensuring residents receive safe, personalised, and compassionate care tailored to their individual needs. You will also build and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and multi-disciplinary teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement throughout the home.
What We Are Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN
- Proven experience working with the elderly in a care setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience supporting staff through training, development, and coaching
- Committed to delivering compassionate, resident-centred care
