Job Description
Silver Lodge Care Home is a purpose built 40 bed care home, providing specialist nursing dementia and complex nursing dementia care across two dedicated 20 bed units.
The home offers a safe, structured, and supportive environment, designed to meet the needs of residents requiring high levels of clinical and dementia care, with a strong focus on dignity, wellbeing, and person centred support.
Domestic Assistant Contract £12.71 per hour Flexible Zero hours contract Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided and onsite parking5.6 weeks annual leave (pro rata)Role Overview As a Domestic Assistant, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment for individuals with a range of complex needs, including advanced dementia and mental health conditions.
Your work will support the overall wellbeing of residents, helping to create a calm and welcoming space where they feel safe and at home.
You will carry out cleaning duties across residents' rooms, communal areas and shared spaces, ensuring high standards of hygiene and infection control are maintained at all times.
Working closely with the wider team, you will support a well organised environment and contribute to the smooth running of the home.
