Highwood Care Home is a brand new, purpose-built facility nestled in the picturesque and historic port town of Bideford. Our luxury care home offers a warm and welcoming environment for up to 67 residents, providing Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care. With state-of-the-art facilities and beautifully designed spaces, we pride ourselves on creating a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment where residents can feel truly at home. Surrounded by stunning views and a vibrant local community, Highwood Care Home is committed to delivering the highest standard of care, tailored to meet the unique needs of every individual.
As Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in leading our care team, ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care, and creating a warm, supportive environment. You will coordinate shifts, lead by example, and be responsible for the performance of your team during each shift. Your leadership will help us maintain a caring, efficient, and positive atmosphere in our home. The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.
