Our care home, nestled in the picturesque town of Dartmouth in Devon, provides exceptional Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 79 residents, offering a serene and supportive environment where quality care meets coastal charm.
As Unit Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing your team while ensuring high quality, person centred care is delivered consistently across your unit. This role carries responsibility for the day to day operational management of the unit, maintaining standards and supporting a safe, well organised and positive environment.
You will oversee the delivery of care, ensuring it is aligned to individual care plans, best practice and regulatory requirements. This includes supporting the team, monitoring residents’ wellbeing, overseeing medication processes and responding to any concerns.
