We're looking for a Customer Relations Manager to represent our exceptional care home in Frinton On Sea, you'll ensure to provide a warm, welcoming, and informative experience for families seeking residential care for their loved ones.
This role combines proactive and reactive customer engagement.
You'll be the first point of contact for enquiries, guiding families through one of the most important decisions of their lives with professionalism and compassion.
You'll also actively build the profile of the home in the local community by developing strong relationships with key referral sources, networking with prospective resident groups, and identifying opportunities for new business.
While experience within the care sector is not essential, you must be high-energy, target-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Your ability to convert enquiries into admissions, combined with your proactive approach to generating new business, will be central to achieving sales targets.

Build strong local knowledge and networks to connect families to the care they need.
Conduct engaging, personalised tours of the home, showcasing services, facilities, and community.
Collaborate with care and management teams to coordinate assessments, admissions, and contracts.
Maintain an excellent visitor experience and manage family communications, ensuring smooth transitions.
Support marketing initiatives, community engagement, and local partnerships to raise awareness of the home.
Track and manage enquiries effectively, providing insights to improve conversion and service delivery.
