What You Will Do:
- As a Registered Nurse on our day shift team, you will provide person-centred nursing care tailored to each resident's individual needs.
- You will be responsible for medication administration, monitoring clinical observations, leading and supporting the care team throughout the day, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- You will build strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring each person feels safe, respected, and empowered.
- With a strong focus on promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing, you will contribute to a calm, engaging, and homely atmosphere.
- You will also respond promptly to any changes in residents' health and ensure that all care is delivered safely, compassionately, and in line with best practice.
What We're Looking For:
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
- Passionate about person-centred care
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Approachable, calm, and respectful under pressure
- Experience in care homes is welcome but not essential — we welcome newly qualified nurses and those new to care.
