Our brand new service is located in the beautiful town of Crieff, Scotland. Our care home offers luxurious accommodation for 70 residents, providing personalised Residential, Dementia, Nursing, Palliative and Respite Care. Oakbank Care Home is a stunning, brand-new service in the heart of Crieff, offering luxurious accommodation for up to 70 residents. Our home provides personalised care, all delivered by a dedicated team of professionals who are truly passionate about care and the wellbeing of others.

What You Will Do

You will provide warm, person-centred care that supports each resident to live well every day. From helping with personal care and daily routines to supporting residents during meals or engaging them in activities and conversation, you will bring comfort, companionship and dignity to those you care for. You will also support our team in creating a safe, clean and welcoming environment, and always be alert to any changes in a resident’s health or wellbeing.

About You

Whether you are just starting out or have years of experience, we are looking for individuals who are:

  • Willing to learn and work as part of a supportive team
  • Passionate about providing excellent care

A qualification such as Level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential; we will support the right person to train and succeed.

Contract details

  • £12.70 per hour
  • 24 hours per week worked as 7 x 4 hour evening shifts on a 4 week 3 week rotation, including every second weekend
  • Shift times 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm
  • Paid PVG
  • Free uniform
  • Pension scheme
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time hours)
