Care Concern Group in Aberdeen’s West End is seeking a Clinical Unit Lead (RGN or RMN) to provide clinical and operational leadership for a dedicated unit.
You will ensure high quality, safe care in line with individual care plans and regulatory requirements, while guiding a capable team.
You will oversee clinical governance, medication management and performance, working closely with the Home Manager to drive improvements and deliver outstanding resident outcomes.
