This 68-bed care home provides bespoke Residential, Nursing, Dementia, Respite, and Palliative care, ensuring our residents receive the highest standards of support in a comfortable and nurturing environment.
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Clinical Lead to join our team.
In this role, you will lead, mentor, and support the nursing team, ensuring our residents receive outstanding care in a warm and professional environment.
What We Offer £23.92 per hour, full-time contract (over 3 or 4 days per week
– negotiable) Pension scheme Paid PVG, Uniform provided Onsite parking 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract) What You Will Do As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth daily operation of the home and provide strong leadership to the nursing team.
You will ensure that personalised, high-quality care is delivered to every resident, while mentoring, motivating, and supporting the team in their professional development.
You will build strong, positive relationships with residents, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care.
Your role will also involve overseeing daily care activities, monitoring residents’ health and wellbeing, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards, while fostering a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment.
About You You are a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN and have prior experience in elderly care.
You have proven leadership and management skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering the highest standards of care.
Experience in a care home setting is essential, along with the ability to inspire and guide a team effectively.
