Apthorp Care Centre is a specialist care home in Barnet, North London supporting adults with complex nursing needs, dementia and mental health conditions. The home offers 119 purpose designed bedrooms across three floors and provides complex nursing care, specialist dementia support and residential mental health care within a safe, structured and supportive environment focused on dignity, stability and wellbeing.
As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in leading the clinical team and ensuring the delivery of high quality care for residents with complex nursing needs, dementia and mental health conditions. You will oversee clinical care delivery across the service, supporting nurses and care staff to ensure safe medication management, accurate care planning and effective monitoring of residents’ health and wellbeing.
