Set within a peaceful residential area of Letchworth Garden City, our beautiful, purpose-built home provides high-quality Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 50 residents.

With no reliance on agency staff, a dedicated, values-led team, and a 9.9 rating on carehome, we’ve created a home where residents feel truly cared for, and where staff feel proud to belong.

Now, we’re looking for a Clinical Deputy Manager to help lead our growing service with heart, skill, and purpose.

What We Offer:

  • Up to £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Paid NMC revalidation
  • Free DBS, uniform and onsite parking
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time)
  • Contracted 40 hours per week – including some weekends and supernumerary time
  • The opportunity to shape and lead a service where care isn’t rushed, it’s truly personal

Your Role:

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you’ll be a pillar of strength and guidance within the home, a trusted leader, a mentor to the team, and a reassuring presence for residents and families alike. You’ll lead on all things clinical, ensuring our care is safe, person-centred, and in line with the highest standards. From supporting assessments and care planning to coaching team members and stepping up in the absence of the Home Manager, you’ll help create a calm, confident environment where residents and colleagues thrive. You’ll also play a key part in shaping our home’s positive culture, one rooted in kindness, professionalism, and shared purpose.

Why White House?

With 36 of our 50 bedrooms already filled, we’re a growing home with huge potential, and a strong foundation to build on. Our team is committed, consistent, and passionate about delivering excellent care every day. We’ve achieved our outstanding carehome score without relying on agency cover, and our focus remains firmly on quality, consistency, and community.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin
  • Strong clinical leadership skills
  • A supportive, team-focused approach
  • Experience working with older people
  • Confidence in stepping up and making decisions when needed
  • A calm, compassionate presence and a genuine love for what you do

Our Values:

White House is part of Care Concern Group, a family-owned provider with over 100 care homes across the UK.
