As Clinical Deputy Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day life of the home. You will lead by example on the floor, drive clinical excellence, and support the Home Manager in embedding best practice across nursing, dementia and residential care. You will be instrumental in:
- Strengthening clinical governance and care delivery.
- Supporting the team through coaching, development and leadership.
- Ensuring residents and families feel confident, listened to and supported.
- Helping prepare the home for inspection and continuous improvement.
- Stepping into the Home Manager role when required.
