Campsie View offers a varied level of nursing care - whether this is just assistance with everyday living or more complex care needs for up to 90 residents, situated in the quiet area of Kirkintilloch.Where every shift brings leadership, compassion, and a deeper sense of purpose.As a Care Home Assistant Practitioner (CHAP), you’ll take on a leadership role at the heart of our care team. This is more than supporting with daily routines — you will guide others, promote best practice, and ensure every resident receives care rooted in dignity, respect, and individual needs.What We Offer

What You Will Do
- Lead and coordinate your shift, ensuring a consistent standard of high-quality care
- Support with medication administration, care plans, and clinical record keeping

- Mentor junior staff and support their development
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
What We’re Looking For
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Experience working in a care setting (minimum one year preferred)
- Confidence leading a shift and delegating tasks effectively
