The predicted salary is between 13.75 - 13.75 £ per hour.

Our modern, traditionally built care home situated in the rural town of Radstock, will provide luxury accommodation for 50 residents. We will specialise in Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care. We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to become part of Rowan Park's continued success and growth. We are currently seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our valued and supportive team. The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.

Care Assistant Contract

  • £13.75 per hour
  • Full and Part Time hours available
  • Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents' lives every day. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing. You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
