- Â Checking on residents throughout the day and night to ensure their wellbeing and comfort
- Â Providing personal care with kindness and respect, supporting residents with daily activities while encouraging their independence
- Â Helping residents maintain their dignity and self-esteem through patient, compassionate care
- Â Contributing to care plans by working alongside residents and their families or representatives
- Â Supporting residents to take part in wellbeing and social activities both inside and outside the home
- Â Building positive, trusting relationships with residents, families, and your team
What you’ll bring:
