What You’ll Do
As a Care Assistant, you’ll:
- Promote Independence: Assist residents with daily routines like dressing, bathing, and staying active while supporting their independence.
- Deliver Personalized Care: Follow tailored care plans and provide thoughtful, hands-on support for every resident’s unique needs.
- Prioritize Wellbeing: Monitor residents’ health, communicate any concerns to the team, and liaise with family or healthcare professionals.
- Encourage Social Interaction: Create a warm, welcoming environment by encouraging social activities among residents and staff.
- Maintain Comfort: Work with the team to ensure clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces for our residents.

About You
We’re looking for passionate individuals who:
- Have an SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (preferred, but not essential).
- Bring at least 6 months of care experience (preferred), but we welcome newcomers with the right attitude and transferable skills.
- Are compassionate, respectful, and driven to make a positive impact on others’ lives.
