Located in the beautiful village of Benderloch by Oban, we offer small group living accommodation for up to 62-residents.

£500 Welcome Bonus (paid after passing a 6-month probation period)

What You’ll Do

As a Care Assistant, you’ll:

  • Promote Independence: Assist residents with daily routines like dressing, bathing, and staying active while supporting their independence.
  • Deliver Personalized Care: Follow tailored care plans and provide thoughtful, hands-on support for every resident’s unique needs.
  • Prioritize Wellbeing: Monitor residents’ health, communicate any concerns to the team, and liaise with family or healthcare professionals.
  • Encourage Social Interaction: Create a warm, welcoming environment by encouraging social activities among residents and staff.
  • Maintain Comfort: Work with the team to ensure clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces for our residents.
  • Spread Joy: Above all, make a real difference in our residents’ lives by brightening their days and making them smile.

About You

We’re looking for passionate individuals who:

  • Have an SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (preferred, but not essential).
  • Bring at least 6 months of care experience (preferred), but we welcome newcomers with the right attitude and transferable skills.
  • Are compassionate, respectful, and driven to make a positive impact on others’ lives.
