We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Nightshift Care Assistant to join our team at our care home in Crosspool, Sheffield, where we provide Residential and Dementia care for 44 residents. In this role, you will support residents throughout the night, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. From assisting with personal care and mobility to promoting independence and dignity, you will play a vital role in enhancing their quality of life. You will also help with nutrition, maintain accurate care records, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
What We Are Looking For:
We welcome both experienced care assistants and those new to care with a passion for supporting others. While an SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred, it is not essential – full training will be provided. If you are kind, reliable, and committed to delivering person-centred care, we would love to hear from you.
