We’re looking for dedicated Care Assistants to join our team and help us deliver outstanding care to our residents. As a valued member of our care team, you’ll play a vital role in promoting dignity, independence, and well-being in a warm and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do
- Support Daily Living – Help residents with personal care, mobility, and everyday tasks while encouraging independence.
- Deliver Compassionate Care – Follow individual care plans, ensuring each resident’s needs are met with kindness and respect.
- Promote Well-being – Monitor residents’ health, report concerns to senior staff, and assist with communication to families or healthcare professionals.
- Create a Welcoming Environment – Support social engagement among residents and help maintain a safe, comfortable home.
- Assist at Mealtimes – Help residents with eating and drinking, ensuring they receive the nutrition they need.
- Respond to Needs – Act promptly to call bells and emergencies, always putting resident safety first.
- Spread Joy – Bring a smile to our residents’ faces every day!
About You
- Experience – Ideally, you have at least 6 months of experience in a care setting, but if you have a caring nature and transferable skills, we’d love to hear from you.
- Qualifications – An SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred, but not essential.
- Compassion & Commitment – You have a genuine passion for elderly care and a strong sense of teamwork.
