Alderbrook Care Home, located in Leeds, is a modern, purpose-built care home providing high-quality care for 40 residents with complex physical and mental health needs.

We are looking for kind, compassionate, and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. You will play a vital role in supporting residents with personal care, daily routines, and overall wellbeing, helping to create a safe, welcoming, and homely environment.

What You Will Do

As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with personal care and day-to-day activities, always encouraging independence where possible. You will follow individual care plans, observe and report any changes in residents’ health, assist at mealtimes, and provide companionship. Your role will help create a warm, safe, and dignified living environment where residents feel valued and respected.

What We’re Looking For

  • A compassionate, reliable team player with a genuine passion for caring for others
  • Experience in a care role and NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential
  • A positive, proactive attitude and good communication skills
  • Commitment to promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing for residents
