You will be joining a service that already has a strong foundation, with the opportunity to protect its reputation, develop its people and take the home to the next level. As Home Manager, you will be the senior leader within the home, responsible for creating an exceptional experience for residents, families and colleagues. Champion outstanding, person-centred care. Maintain and build on excellent regulatory standards. Drive occupancy and commercial performance. Oversee budgets and operational performance. Ensure the home consistently delivers the highest standards of quality, compliance and resident experience. We are looking for a confident and inspirational care leader who understands that luxury care is about far more than meeting regulatory requirements. Previous experience as a Home Manager / Registered Manager. Experience managing a 60+ bed service or a similarly complex care environment. A strong background in nursing, residential, dementia or specialist care. A proven record of achieving and maintaining strong inspection outcomes. Strong commercial awareness, including occupancy and budget management. A nursing qualification is not essential for an experienced Registered Manager with the right leadership and operational background.
