Cherrybrook Care Home is a large, purpose designed service in Bradford, providing specialist care across two units for 120 residents with complex mental health needs, dementia and challenging behaviours. The home delivers high quality, clinically led care within a structured and supportive environment, combining specialist nursing expertise with a strong focus on dignity, stability and person centred support.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will deliver high quality clinical care within a complex care environment, supporting residents with both mental and physical health needs. You will play a key role in ensuring care is delivered safely, consistently and in line with best clinical practice. You will be responsible for clinical assessments, monitoring residents’ wellbeing and responding appropriately to changes in both mental and physical health. This includes supporting individuals with high dependency needs such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding and end of life care, always maintaining dignity and comfort. You will lead shifts when required, guiding and supporting care staff while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and medication management. Working closely with families and external professionals, you will contribute to a coordinated and person centred approach to care.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN
  • Experience or strong interest in complex care, including physical health needs and high dependency nursing
  • Confident clinical assessment and decision making skills
  • Ability to lead, support and work effectively within a team
  • A compassionate, calm and person centred approach
